Wouldn't it? ECJ influence pretty much ends at the end of the transition period, so far as I'm aware. There's a small, arms-length role in interpreting EU law insofar as it relates to disputes about the "backstop", if and when the backstop ever comes into force, but I think that's it. It's certainly a very much reduced role.
