Today's random posting

Boss gets back in the office tomorrow.

"I don't care what happens while I'm gone," she said, "so long as you keep the outstanding figure under 300."

So, after three weeks of keeping it steady around the 250 mark, today (of course) it shot up to 310 cases...

What else was I going to post? Oh yeah, the Enterprise finale:

<comic book guy>Worst - episode - ever!</comic book guy>

What was the point of all that Riker crap? And don't you just hate it when a series goes and kills off a major character for no good reason, just because it's the last episode? And does anyone care? Was anybody else still watching it anyway...?

Hey, I can make my "mood dragon" do funny animations by playing with the scroll wheel on my mouse! :o)

Okay, I admit it. I'm bored. I'll go now...

I agree that it was a really shitty way to end the series - it wasn't quite the "it was all a dream" ending I was dreading, though. It was just dull. And ultimately pointless.

Do you want to put that mention of Riker behind a cut, it's kind of a spoiler (even though it's not very specific)

He turned up before the opening credits rolled, so I figured it wasn't really much of a spoiler.

Notice I deliberately didn't say who died ;o)
