Hard disagree. Not only because I will always be a royalist at heart, but because I think those traits are deeply embedded in the way The Firm is run now - at least for those core royals who are close enough in line to stand any realistic chance of inheriting the throne.
Monarchy is a crazy system which you'd never design if you were coming up with something today, but it's better than most of the alternatives and it ain't broke, so I see no need to fix it.
