Mostly for my own record, here is the list of filums I've seen at the cinema in 2010, strictly in date order:

1. Sherlock Holmes
2. Daybreakers
3. The Book Of Eli
4. Armored
5. Up In The Air
6. Gake no ue no Ponyo
7. Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief
8. The Last Station
9. The Wolfman
10. Crazy Heart
11. Alice in Wonderland 3D
12. Clash of the Titans
13. Kick Ass
14. Shutter Island
15. How To Train Your Dragon 3D
16. The Ghost
17. Iron Man 2
18. Hot Tub Time Machine
19. Robin Hood
20. The Losers
21. 4.3.2.1
22. Four Lions
23. Wild Target
24. Street Dance 3D
25. Shrek Forever After 3D
26. Inception
27. Toy Story 3 3D
28. The A-Team
29. The Karate Kid
30. Knight And Day
31. Salt
32. The Sorceror's Apprentice
33. Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World
34. The Expendables
35. The Town
36. Buried
37. The Other Guys
38. Made In Dagenham
39. Despicable Me 3D
40. RED
41. The Kids Are Alright
42. Let Me In
43. Burke And Hare
44. Machete
45. MegaMind
46. Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale
47. The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
48. Tron Legacy 3D

I was going to do 2-3 line mini-reviews for each of them, but that seems like too much effort. Instead I'll just say that:
  • Most of the list I feel a bit meh about looking back. They were entertaining enough, and a reasonable way of passing a couple of hours, but there aren't many that I'd watch again. Last year was better overall.

  • Iron Man 2 wasn't as good as it should have been. On the other hand, Knight and Day and The Other Guys were both much more fun than they had any right to be.

  • The Losers was the film The A-Team should have been. Similarly, RED was the film The Expendables should have been.

  • Tron Legacy does not disappoint, but it is basically more of the same with better graphics. It's pretty and shiny on the big screen in 3D, but probably not really worth watching at home. See it now if you're going to.

  • My top films of the year (again in date order) are How To Train Your Dragon, Inception, Toy Story 3 and Scott Pilgrim. All of those are ace and you should see them if you haven't already.

I found "How To Train Your Dragon" very ordinary, but wholeheartedly agree with the other films on your ace list.

It started so well. Some non-stock characters with a few good lines. Then it went all ordinary.

From what I've seen of that list I'd give Crazy Heart a mention for being well made and a good little story, Scott Pilgrim for making me smile like a loon almost the whole way through and Kick Ass and Inception for trying jolly hard.

The Book of Eli draws special ire for being utter shit with a Mila Kunis rabbit-dropping on top.

Crazy Heart was a nice little film - one of the few in that list I'd quite like to see again sometime.

Book of Eli was truly awful.
