Glasgow 2014

So... Commonwealth Games tickets can be applied for until 16 September.

It would be nice to go with other people, make a decent trip of it, see some events and hopefully a bit of Glasgow as well (a city I've never visited but wanted to).

I discussed this briefly with clarestar when we bumped into each other in Morrisons (in the beer aisle, naturally) the other week. I know she's planning on going with a bunch of friends.

Is anyone else interested in going? Think we should co-ordinate? Want me to try to grab some tickets?

I've been to Glasgow three times before, and it's a wonderful city. There's lots there you'd enjoy, aside from the Games.

I'd like to go again, though limited to the amount I can do. If you don't mind a bit of wheelchair pushing, I'd like to visit the city again, and see a bit of the games.
