It's 80 storeys high, and each storey can revolve separately - and the architect has never designed a skyscraper before. I think I'd wait before buying a place there.
The description of it rotating and moving, and the overall shape of the tower, made me wonder if it vibrated too. There are some things that shape that pulse, rotate and vibrate, though those are small enough to be held in the hand.
